We post our newsletters on our website for your convenience - http://www.foreignstudy.com/march.htm. REVIEW YOUR LATEST STATEMENT The information in your statement is the determining factor for making your reservation. Therefore, please make sure the information is accurate. The list below is a guideline. If you find any information in your statement not accurate, please send a correction via fax, e-mail, or letter immediately – corrections and/or changes must be in writing. |

CHECK LIST & REMINDERS: · EXCURSIONS:
· AIRLINE: Is your airline information accurate? If not, notify our office immediately. The name on the airline ticket has to be the same as the one that appears in your passport.
· LODGING: Are your accommodations correct? Do you have a roommate preference? If so, please send us your request. · COURSES: Are your courses listed? If not, let us know immediately. We are in the process of reviewing the enrollment in courses and will cancel those that do not have sufficient enrollment by April 15. Therefore, please make sure you have on your statement the courses you wish to take. · PASSPORT: Do you have a passport? If not, apply for one now. It is recommended that you travel with at least 6 months validity on your passport. Make sure your passport has not expired. · ID PICTURE: (Madrid program only) Have you sent us your picture? If not, send a picture (head shot only) electronically in a picture format. We use this to make your ID card in Spain. · FINAL PAYMENT: Due May 1. · ACTIVITIES: In addition to our optional tours and visits, we also organize activities in Madrid such as bullfights, flamenco shows, soccer stadium visits, etc. We are looking to send out a tentative activities calendar in May listing all these great activities. If you have anything you would want to see incorporated into the calendar, send us an email! · TWITTER: Follow @forspro on Twitter! To make ourselves more accessible to you, we are now on a social networking site. Join our “spain2010” list and meet other students that are traveling with you (meet a potential roommate, airline partner, etc). Also, ask us advice on tips and recommendations and we can answer them for you. Become involved in your trip before it even starts! WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO VISIT AND READ THE SECTIONS PERTAINING TO TOURS, ACCOMMODATIONS AND COURSES AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE SECTION, “PREPARE TRIP.” DON’T GO TO SPAIN WITHOUT READING OUR WEBSITE! |
