initial $900 installment plus the applicable
Registration fee to: Forspro Inc., 620 Blue Road, Coral Gables, Florida 33146. Register early and receive the following Registration fee* discount: • If you register on or before January 15 - pay $100 fee • If you register between January 16 and March 15 - pay $175 fee • If you register between March 16 and May 1 - pay $250 fee • If you register after May 1** - pay $300 fee |
