We need more students to sign up by the end of April; otherwise, we will have to cancel the excursion. Please email us immediately if you are interested in signing up for Lisbon. 2. AIRLINE: Your airline itinerary is listed in your statement. Make sure you are flying out of the correct departure city and dates. If you need help reading your itinerary, visit http://www.foreignstudy.com/Airline%20Info.htm. It also contains information about the airlines regulations regarding luggage, seat assignments, deviation requests, and much more. 3. LODGING: Your statement should include the following accommodations. a. 4-week Madrid participants: Your statement includes lodging for Madrid and Paris. b. 6-week Madrid participants: Your statement includes lodging for Malaga, Madrid and Paris. c. 4-week Salamanca participants: Your statement includes lodging for Madrid, Salamanca and Paris. 4. COURSES: Your current statement lists the courses you will be taking. Some of our courses are already full or close to being full. Therefore, make sure your course listings are accurate. a. M4930 Hispanic Short Story is closed. b. A4470 History of Spain is nearing full enrollment. 5. PASSPORT: If you are traveling with us, and have not submitted your passport number, please do so immediately. 6. ID PICTURE: 4-week Madrid program participants are required to have an ID. If you have not done so, please send a headshot through email. If we do not have your picture by June 1, we will be unable to process your ID card, and you will have to pay $5 in Spain. 7.
